Elastopor® PH 1108/38 is a 2-component system for the production of closed cell rigid foams. Using water as blowing agent, this system has been developed for the continuous production of roof panels. Foam insulation thickness range from 20-50 mm. Minimum overall moulded density is 35-40kg/m³ to obtain core density 32-36kg/ m³. Measured values in Physical Properties were determined on specimens produced on a pilot plant. Verification of these properties on production plants at user's site under prevailing production conditions is required.
