Description
Omnirad® 1173
Highly efficient, low yellowing, used to initiate radical polymerization of unsaturated oligomers, e.g., acrylates, after exposure to UV light. It can be used in combination with monomers or multifunctional monomers as reactive diluents.
Omnirad® 127
Highly efficient Type I Photoinitiator that maybe used to initiate the photo polymerization of unsaturated pre-polymers like acrylates in combination with monomers or multifunctional monomers.
Omnirad® 184
Highly efficient non-yellowing photoinitiator used to initiate the photo polymerization of chemically unsaturated pre-polymers, e.g., acrylates in combination with monomers or multifunctional vinyl monomers.
Omnirad® 2022
Highly efficient liquid curing agent that is used to initiate radical polymerization of unsaturated resins after exposure to UV light. Use in pigmented formulations of all colors, for curing of thick sections or for UV-stabilized clear coatings. Unsaturated resins that are particularly suitable are those based on a pre-polymer, e.g., acrylates or unsaturated polyesters in combination with monomers or multifunctional monomers as reactive diluents.
Omnirad® 2100
Improved bottom curing compared with that of Omnirad TPO, suitable for white-pigmented formulations with minimal yellowing after curing and for coatings with low pigment volume concentration.
Omnirad® 2959
Highly efficient non-yellowing radical photoinitiator for the UV curing of systems comprising unsaturated monomers and pre-polymers. It is especially suitable where low odor is required and for use in water-based systems based on acrylate or unsaturated polyester resins. The active hydroxyl group can be reacted with suitable functionalized unsaturated resins.
Omnirad® 369
Highly efficient UV-curing agent used to initiate the photo polymerization of chemically unsaturated pre-polymers, e.g., acrylates in combination with monomers or multifunctional monomers. Omnirad 369 is especially suitable for pigmented UV-curable systems, photoresists and printing plates.
Omnirad® 379
Highly efficient UV-curing agent used to initiate the photo polymerization of unsaturated pre-polymers in combination with monomers or multifunctional monomers. Especially suitable for pigmented UV-curable systems, photoresists and printing plates. Its excellent solubility (compared to Omnirad 369) makes it easy to incorporate into nearly all formulations.
Omnirad® 4265
Highly effective liquid photoinitiator blend, used for UV-polymerisation of suitable resins. Easy incorporated into waterborne formulations.
Omnirad® 500
Used for UV-polymerisation of suitable resins. The low viscosity allows lower of the viscosity of the total formulation. Well suited for water-based formulation.
Omnirad® 651
Highly efficient, type I photoinitiator used to initiate radical polymerization of unsaturated oligomers, e.g., acrylates after exposure to UV light. It can be used in combination with monomers or multifunctional monomers as reactive diluents.
Omnirad® 754
Recommended when low residual odor, low emission and low yellowing after curing are required. It is suitable for conventional UV-curable formulations.
Omnirad® 819
Versatile photoinitiator for radical polymerization of unsaturated resins upon UV light exposure. It is especially suitable for white pigmented Formulations, the curing of glass-fiber-reinforced polyester/styrene systems and for clear coats for outdoor use in combinations with light stabilizers. Thick section curing is also possible with this photoinitiator.
Omnirad® 907
Highly efficient photoinitiator which is used to initiate the photo polymerization of unsaturated pre-polymers, e.g., acrylates, in combination with monomers or multifunctional vinyl monomers
Omnirad® BP
Difunctional benzophenone photoinitiator specifically designed for use in inks and coatings requiring low migration and low volatility. It is particularly suited to use in combination with amine synergists and non-pigmented coatings as an alternative to benzophenone.
Omnirad® MBF
Used to initiate radical polymerization of unsaturated oligomers, e.g., acrylates, after exposure to UV light. It forms free radicals through an intramolecular hydrogen abstraction process. The use of amines is not recommended as this may lead to efficiency decrease, stability upon storage issues or stronger odour. It can be used in combination with monomers or multifunctiona monomers as reactive diluents
Omnirad® TPO
Highly efficient, low yellowing, Used to initiate radical polymerization of unsaturated oligomers, e.g., acrylates, after exposure to UV light. It can be used in combination with monomers or multifunctional monomers as reactive diluents.
Omnirad® TPO L
Highly efficient, liquid, used to initiate radical polymerization of unsaturated oligomers, e.g., acrylates and unsaturated polyesters containing styrene, after exposure to UV light. It can be used in combination with monomers or multifunctional monomers as reactive diluents.
Omnipol® ASA
Designed for use in inks requiring low migration and low volatility. It is particularly suited to use in combination with low migration Type II photoinitiators as Omnipol BP and TX
