Epotal® ECO 3702
• Aqueous dispersion of a Polyester Polyurethane Elastomer
• It is perfectly suitable for industrial compostable requirements of corona treated plastic and paper-based laminations in the market that are used in different performance segment
• Ready-to-use adhesive for direct gravure coating system that can be either added with or without crosslinker (Basonat® LR 9056)
• Different percentages of crosslinker maybe required to give better heat and moisture resistance

• Different percentages of crosslinker maybe required to give better heat and moisture resistance
Basonat® LR 9056
• It is an emulsifier-modified HMDI
• Used as a hardener for polymer dispersions containing reactive with hydroxyl group.
• 2% to 5% of Basonat® LR 9056 maybe required to give better heat and moisture resistance
• It can use directly incorporated into the formulated dispersion
• It is recommended to add the Basonat® LR 9056 slowly while adding into the adhesive in order to gain an optimum distribution in the water phase.
