Epotal® CF 788X
• Aqueous dispersion of a polymer based on acrylic ester and styrene
• It is perfectly suitable for substrates including treated polyolefins, metalized films, PET and aluminum that are commonly used in medium performance segment
• Ready-to-use adhesive for direct gravure coating system that can be either added with or without crosslinker (Basonat® LR 9056)
• Different percentages of crosslinker may be required to give better heat & moisture resistance
Epotal® 501
• Aqueous dispersion of a polyether polyurethane
• It is perfectly suitable for substrates including treated polyolefins, metalized films, PET and aluminium oil that are commonly used in medium performance segment with high heat resistant such as hot-filled and boil-in-bag
• Ready-to-use adhesive for direct gravure coating system that can be either added with or without crosslinker (Basonat® LR 9056)
• Different percentages of crosslinker may be required to give better heat & moisture resistance
Basonat® LR 9056
• It is an emulsifier-modified HMDI
• Used as a hardener for polymer dispersions containing reactive OH groups.
• Can be directly incorporated into the formulated dispersion
• It is recommended to add the Basonat® LR 9056 slowly while adding into the adhesive in order to gain an optimum distribution in the water phase.
