2-component system for the production of closed cell rigid foams.using HFC-245fa as blowing agent. This system has been developed for the discontinuous production of sandwich panels with steel faced layers. Foam insulation thickness range from 75-200 mm. Elastoporฎ PH 1221/1 C-A is also suitable for discontinuous production of pre-insulated pipes, however suitability must be confirmed by the user prior to commercial use. Minimum overall moulded density is 45 kg/m. to obtain core density 36 kg/ mณ. Measured values in Physical Properties were determined on specimens produced on a pilot plant. Verification of these properties on production plants at user’s site under prevailing production conditions is required. |
